Is Levrol a medical device or medical treatment? 

Levrol is marketed as a self-massage and fitness/wellness product, not as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

How much pressure should I use? 

Start light. Increase pressure gradually only while it remains comfortable and controlled. Sharp pain, numbness, tingling, or other concerning symptoms are signals to stop.

Can I use it before or after training? 

Yes. The system is designed to fit into warm-up, mobility, and post-training self-massage routines according to your preferences and tolerance.

Can I use the LevStrap on any anchor? 

No. Use only the anchoring methods specifically approved in Levrol's instructions. The anchor must be stable and suitable for the direction of force. Never use the strap for climbing, suspension, fall protection, towing, or body-weight support.
