Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 1-2 Business Days 

STANDARD DELIVERY ESTIMATE: 2-5 Business Days 

SHIPPING CARRIERS: USPS 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO: AK/HI/PO BOXES/APO/FPO 

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY  

 

Order Processing 

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. High-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 2-5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, because carrier delays and events outside our control can occur.

Tracking 

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with the order after the shipment is prepared or accepted by the carrier.

Address Accuracy 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact sales@levrol.com as quickly as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments 

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact sales@levrol.com with your order number. If your package arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and take photographs of the shipping box, label, and product so we can evaluate the claim. 

 

Destinations 

We currently ship to: contiguous United States. We do not accept International orders.
