Return Window 

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 DAYS after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility 

• The item must be returned in a condition that allows us to inspect it. 

• Proof of purchase or the Levrol order number is required. 

• Products that are materially damaged through misuse, modification, improper storage, or use contrary to instructions may not qualify for a discretionary return. 

• This policy does not limit any rights you may have for defective or nonconforming goods under applicable law.

Starting a Return 

Email sales@levrol.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending the product back. We will provide the applicable return instructions and, if used, a return authorization.

Return Shipping 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when we determine that we shipped an incorrect or defective item.

Refunds 

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. 

 

Exchanges 

Exchanges are availible. Please contact sales@levrol.com for instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

Contact sales@levrol promptly if you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged. Include your order number and photographs when possible.

This return policy should also be made available before payment is accepted. California law imposes disclosure requirements on internet sellers and may require conspicuous disclosure of restrictive refund policies.
