Limited Warranty 

Levrol warrants to the original purchaser that the Levrol product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for 6 months from the original purchase date.

What This Warranty Covers 

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Levrol may, at its option and subject to applicable law, repair the product, replace the defective component or product, or provide another appropriate remedy. 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover 

• Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, discoloration, or ordinary wear from use. 

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, excessive force, improper anchoring, accidents, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to instructions. 

• Damage caused by failure to inspect or maintain the product as directed. 

• Loss or theft. 

• Products for which valid proof of purchase cannot be established, if proof of purchase is required.

How to Make a Warranty Claim 

Email sales@levrol.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video showing the claimed defect. Do not continue using a product that appears damaged.

Legal Rights 

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
